In your in person birth prep sessions, we will go over the stages of labor and what your body does in these stages. We will discuss and go through breathing mechanics and pushing mechanics of your pelvic floor for different stages of labor. We will navigate different birthing positions to find the best positions for YOU and your body. Lastly, we will educate you on hip mobility patterns and movements to best support your baby and birth.
Digital Support
Your Birth + Postpartum Package will include over 50 PDF pages of information. You will have guides on stages of labor, perineal protection, birth plans, and so much more. You will also have access to Healing the Mother: A guide to postpartum healing and a PT & Breastfeeding Guide. Included will also be 2 mobility flow videos for birth and breastfeeding.
